Best Creatine? Here are my favorites!
Being in the fitness community I constantly get asked “What Creatine Should I Take”, “How Much Creatine Should I Take” or “What’s The Best Creatine?”and these are valid questions. As with anything, you should be fully aware of what something is, how it works and how much you should take. Creatine increases ATP which acts as fuel for your muscles and in theory, more ATP would lead to longer and less fatigued training sessions(and with proper training this equals BIGGER MUSCLES).
Typical dosing for creatine is about 5-10 grams per day for males and the same applies to females
